With over 15 years of luxury gaming experience ranging from the Las Vegas Strip, to South Florida to Macau & Singapore, I can adapt to all markets to improve your casino profitability. 


Between 2015 and mid-2022 I was the Vice President of Slot Marketing & Operations at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas - taking slot net win from 62 million in 2014 to over 234 million in 2021. 


After Blackstone sold their 1.8 billion dollar investment for 5.6 billion dollars, I knew it was time for me to take my expertise to casinos around the country that need a little extra help. 

I will work directly with you, the operator, and provide you and your team with new and innovative insights that will allow for maximum ROI. I have provided consulting services to multiple strip operators in addition to several Caribbean resorts in just under two years of operating Dulce Hospitality.
